Effective 1 August 2026 · FotoLogic ShareTour
These terms govern your use of FotoLogic ShareTour, operated by FotoLogic. By creating an account, joining an event, or otherwise using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
FotoLogic ShareTour lets an event organiser create an event and share a link or QR code with their guests. Guests join the event, upload photos, and view and comment on photos shared by others. Organisers can moderate what appears.
Two kinds of people use the service: organisers, who hold an account and run events, and guests, who join a specific event by verifying a mobile number.
FotoLogic ShareTour sends one-time verification codes only. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, or consent to receive text messages, with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Numbers are shared only with the messaging provider that delivers the message on our behalf.
By entering your mobile number to join an event or to sign in, you consent to receive a text message containing a verification code at that number. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies and depends on how often you sign in or join an event. A message is sent only when you request one. Requests are rate limited, and you will not receive more than a small number of messages in any hour.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard charges apply to messages you receive. FotoLogic does not charge you for the messages themselves.
Verification codes are how guests prove a number belongs to them. If you opt out, you may not be able to join events that require verification.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network and to the availability of your handset.
When using FotoLogic ShareTour, you must not:
You keep ownership of the photos and comments you contribute. By uploading them you grant FotoLogic a licence to store, process, reproduce and display that content for the purpose of operating the service — showing it to others at the same event, generating the versions needed to display it, and screening it for inappropriate content.
That licence exists so we can run the service, and it ends when the content is deleted, apart from copies retained in routine backups for a limited period.
Photos are screened automatically before they appear to other guests. Anything flagged is held for the event organiser to review, and the organiser may approve or permanently remove it. Automated screening is not perfect and may flag acceptable content or miss unacceptable content.
We may remove content or suspend access where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken, or where required by law.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change or discontinue features.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FotoLogic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, photographs, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
Keep your own copies of photographs that matter to you. The service is a way to share photos at an event, not a backup service.
You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are broken, where required by law, or where continued use would create risk for other users. Events also close on the closing date set by the organiser.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
